Program Name

ChiroTouch Engage

Program Description

The ChiroTouch Engage program operated by Clinton Chiropractic Clinic allows patients to receive communications via text message (SMS) and/or email related to clinic services and operations.

These communications may include:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Scheduling notifications or changes
• Patient care communications related to treatment or follow-up
• Clinic announcements or informational updates

Participation in the messaging program is voluntary and intended to improve communication between the clinic and its patients.

Example Messages

Examples of messages patients may receive include:

“[First Name], reply C to confirm your appointment on [Month Day] at [HH:MM AM/PM]. Call (608) 676-2210 or text back if you need to reschedule – Clinton Chiropractic Clinic. STOP to opt out.”

“This is a friendly reminder that you have an appointment on [Month Day] at [HH:MM AM/PM] – Clinton Chiropractic Clinic. STOP to opt out.”

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on appointment activity, patient care needs, and clinic communications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the patient's mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Patients may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following commands:

STOP
CANCEL
UNSUBSCRIBE
STOPALL
END
QUIT

​​​​​​​After submitting an opt-out request, users may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging that they have been unsubscribed.

Re-Opt-In Instructions

Patients who previously opted out may resume receiving messages by replying in the original message thread with:
